Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. You will be responsible for lead generation, market research, proposal crafting, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. A reasonable understanding of software development and digital solutions is essential. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach on freelancing platforms
  • Craft convincing proposals that stand out and convert leads into clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to create personalized sales pitches
  • Schedule meetings and keep the sales moving with timely follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications in the CRM
  • Learn our software services and pitch them confidently to prospects

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Availability for evening shifts and managing tasks efficiently
  • Great research, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a passion to grow in a fast-paced tech space
  • Prior exposure to platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc., is a bonus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience (BSCS/SE or related field)
